1. Description.
The 2024 FUJIFILM X100VI Limited Edition Purchase Opportunity Raffle (the “Raffle”) is being conducted by FUJIFILM North America Corporation, 200 Summit Lake Drive, Valhalla, NY USA 10595 and its promotional agencies and service providers involved with this Raffle (the “Sponsors”).
2. Raffle Period and Eligibility.
The Raffle begins and entries will be accepted commencing as of 10:00 a.m. EDT on April 18th, 2024. The Raffle will close, and no more entries will be accepted after 11:59 p.m. EDT on April 21, 2024 (the “Raffle Entry Deadline,” and the period while the Raffle is in effect is referenced herein as the “Raffle Period”).

A random drawing to select 200 winners from among all eligible entries received as of the end of the Raffle Period will occur by Sponsors on or about 5:00 p.m. EDT on 4/25/2024. Drawing will be coordinated through Sponsor’s U.S. office located at 200 Summit Lake Drive, Valhalla, NY. The prize winners will be notified, and the verification process commenced promptly thereafter. The Raffle is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (a “U.S. Resident”) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at time of entry. Entry limitations apply as outlined below.
Employees of the Sponsors as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of such employees are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and wherever prohibited by law. The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. For All Submissions/Entries: Limit one (1) Raffle entry per person, per household, and per email and street address. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email or street address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than a single Entry by using multiple/different names or name variations, email or street addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void EACH and EVERY of that entrant's Entries and that entrant will be disqualified. Use of any “bot” or other automated program to enter will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, garbled, or misdirected Entries, which will also be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any online Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant if and as eligible for Raffle participation. Potential winners may be required to show proof of age, residency, name, email, and street address and being the authorized email account holder. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
3. How to Enter.
To participate in the Raffle, you must (i) be a U.S. Resident at least eighteen (18) years of age (as noted above), and (ii) properly and fully complete the Raffle Registration and Entry Form located at https://fujifilmeventsusa.com/x100vi-le/ including providing your name, email address, street address, (no P.O. Boxes) and contact phone number, and you must certify as to your age and residence eligibility at time of entry and your agreement to these Official Rules. The Raffle Registration and Entry Form will also include an optional “Opt In” for each entrant to voluntarily elect to receive emails relating to new products, promotional discounts and general information about FUJIFILM digital camera and lens products. Such “Opt In” shall have no bearing on your Entry or on the Raffle.
Entrants must navigate to https://fujifilmeventsusa.com/x100vi-le/ fill out the Raffle Registration and Entry Form, and certify as noted. As a condition to Entry, you will be required to agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which shall be final in each instance. INTERNET ACCESS, AND A VALID EMAIL ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED TO ENTER. Entries submitted without all of the referenced information requested on the Raffle Registration and Entry Form completed will be disqualified. In addition, all late, lost, or otherwise incomplete Entries are not considered valid Entries and shall be disqualified. Proof of your submission of Entry is not proof of the Sponsors’ receipt and the Sponsors’ designated computer will be the official record keeping devices for all Entries applicable to the Raffle. Any attempt at, or form of, Entry other than as expressly specified in these Official Raffle Rules (including but not limited to automated entry) is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification. No correspondence about Entry submissions will be answered. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, hacked or misdirected Entries or any failure or unavailability of hardware, software, electronic communications or Internet uploading or other connections. Sponsors are also not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions or for failed transmissions or electronic or device malfunctions of any kind.
4. Raffle Entries and Submissions. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any Entries which Sponsors, at their sole discretion, determine do not meet the eligibility requirements or violate the restrictions outlined in these Official Rules. If the integrity of the Raffle is compromised in any manner, Sponsors reserve the right to modify the Raffle and conduct a drawing based on all Entries received that are unaffected by the problem, and/or to terminate this Raffle. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any person who attempts to tamper with this Raffle, to harass or interfere with any other entrant, or otherwise acts in an inappropriate or unsportsmanlike way, all as determined by Sponsors in their absolute discretion. Entries shall be void if they are incomplete or do not comply strictly with all requirements in these Official Rules. In no event will any personal information provided to Sponsors in connection with this Raffle be shared with any third party for independent, third-party use. By participating in the Raffle, entrants agree to the website terms and conditions of the Sponsors located on the site associated with the entry URL, which are incorporated into these Official Rules by reference as applicable, and to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at https://www.fujifilm.com/us/en/privacy (also incorporated by reference), which will apply to all entrant information provided in connection with this Raffle.
5. Prizes.
The following prize will be awarded to the 200 selected prize winners. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received during the Raffle Period. The prize to be awarded to each winner consists of
- A one-time opportunity to purchase from Sponsor, at Sponsor’s designated purchase price (to be MSRP), a new-in-box, single FUJIFILM X100VI Limited Edition digital camera (purchase price: USD $1,999.95, plus taxes and shipping). ARV of prize (i.e. the purchase opportunity provided): USD $1.00, and the aggregate value of all prizes offered in connection with this Raffle is USD $200. Purchase must be made by each prize winner by the specified purchase deadline, or the winner will waive his/her opportunity to the purchase, and the Raffle prize (the opportunity to purchase) will be awarded to the next drawn alternate prize winner selected, in the order of the alternate drawing and alternate selection.
Prize constitutes an opportunity to purchase only, and this opportunity may be exercised by the prize winner at his or her option. If the prize winner elects to purchase, this purchase will be subject to a valid credit card, and payment of applicable sales taxes and shipping expenses. Taxes and any other expenses relating to the provided prize (and/or in connection with the X100VI Limited Edition digital camera purchase) are the sole responsibility of each prize winner, if and as applicable. You are not an official Raffle prize winner until you have received an official notification of your winning status from the Sponsors, you are successfully validated, and you have provided all necessary information and documentation requested by Sponsors, including a signed and returned Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release as referenced below if and as determined to be necessary by Sponsors. Subject to Sponsor’s right to cancel or terminate this Raffle, all prizes will be awarded in connection with this Raffle.
6. Selection and Notification of Winner and Prize Acceptance.
The 200 Raffle prize winners will be selected at random in a random drawing held by Sponsors as referenced above from among all eligible Entries received during the Raffle Period. Each potential prize winner will be notified by telephone and/or email and may at Sponsors’ option be required to sign, and return if and as requested, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release document confirming the winner’s identification and eligibility and releasing Sponsor from liability relating to the prize awarded. Documents returned by fax or electronically will have the same force and effect as original documents. If such documents are not promptly returned (in any event within 2 business days of the date sent), if any prize notification is returned as non-deliverable or if any winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, disqualification may result and that winner’s applicable prize will be awarded to a selected alternate. A total of up to one hundred (100) alternate prize winners will be selected at the time of the original drawing, with order of selection tracked by Sponsor. Sponsors, their parent and affiliated companies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents, shall not be responsible for any liability or any injury, loss or damage of any kind to or of any person or property (including, without limitation, death of any person), arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, exercise, use or misuse of the prize and/or the purchased Limited Edition camera purchased, or otherwise for participation in this Raffle or any Raffle-related activity. This disclaimer of liability shall not include the limited product warranty applicable to the X100VI Limited Edition digital camera, which will in any event remain applicable in accordance with its terms.
7. Void Where Prohibited, Disputes and Availability of Official Rules.
The Raffle is void where prohibited. Disputes relating to the Raffle shall be commenced exclusively within the state of New York, U.S.A., governed by the laws of the state of New York, U.S.A. without regard to conflict of law provisions, and will be resolved by binding arbitration before an arbitrator appointed by the American Arbitration Association, provided that applicable law will be applied in any adjudication or arbitration proceeding and provided that this provision is subject to all interpretations and aspects of this Raffle and these Official Rules being subject to Sponsor’s interpretation and determinations in each instance as specifically outlined. The Official Rules will be posted at https://fujifilmeventsusa.com/x100vi-le at all times during the Raffle Period.
8. Right to Cancel or Suspend Raffle.
If for any reason the Raffle is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation due to technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Raffle, Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, who exceeds the limitations on entry, who does not meet the eligibility requirements, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Raffle without liability, and/or to randomly select the winners from among all valid Entries received to date that are unaffected by the problem, if any.
9. Prize Winners.
